Responsibilities
You will lead a team of finance staff and will be responsible for the financial operations of Facilities Management and Property Management businesses, including but not limited to reviewing full set of accounts, preparation of financial statements and management reports, annual budgeting and analysis and ensuring compliance of internal controls and external regulatory requirements as appropriate.
Successful applicant
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent, with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA or HKICPA)
- Minimum 8 years’ accounting experience of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in handling finance and accounting works of facilities and property management companies is definitely a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadline
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Oracle Accounting System operation would be an added advantage
